The Chairperson, and Vice chair oversees all havoc portfolios, while the Financial controller plans and allocate the finances to a healthy balance.
The Chief Programmer leads the rest of the programmers into battle and on their stealth missions, whie the Ex-Officio is the voice of Havoc and the Hall 5 JCRC.
